Return & Refund Policy
- You can return your order within 7–10 days for a full refund – no questions asked.
- After 10 days, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
- The product Must unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and protective stickers attached.

Parcel Opening Policy
- As per courier service rules, parcels cannot be opened before payment.
- If you would like an open-parcel request, please contact us on our WhatsApp number before delivery.
Exchange Policy
- If the issue is from our side (e.g., wrong size sent or defected product), we will replace it free of cost.
- If the issue is from the customer’s side (e.g., wrong size ordered or personal dislike), the customer will bear the delivery charges (PKR 200 each way).
Order Verification
- Orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.
- However, Sohaib Iqbal reserves the right to process Cash on Delivery orders without verification during high-volume periods such as sales, season launches, or promotions.

- Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days after confirmation.
- Deliveries to remote areas in Pakistan may take longer.
